About This Dish

When you have a gathering, and you want something easy to make,   taquitos are a way to go. Especially when you serve  them with Pico de Gallo and fresh guacamole, this dish will be healthy, yet quite filling. Your guests won’t feel hungry.

This is my go-to dish during summer because of Pico de Gallo. I guess the vibrant colors from Pico de Gallo cheers me up and help me go through a hot summer day… I need something cool and fresh, yet simple and filling!

  1. Use fresh ingredients!!!
  2. Use rotisserie instead of cooking chicken. That will be less work for preparing party food.
